The Center for Urban and Environmental Change at Indiana State University is a joint effort among several academic departments in the College of Arts and Sciences, including the Department of 地理位置, 地质, and Anthropology, Department of Ecology and Organismal 生物学, Department of Chemistry, Department of 经济学, 和其他人. The Center focuses on studies of the causes, 影响, and responses to environmental change in cities and urban/suburban areas, especially those in Indiana and the Midwest.
